Those that I find most interesting are:
3) Faeries.
9) Once upon a turn challenge - Effects that can only be used once per turn or once during your turn.
11) Planeswalker's spell book - Pick an ability from a planeswalker and make it a card.
12) Skill borrower challenge - Steal abilities
15) You shall not pass! - creatures can't attack.
I have some other ideas that could maybe be of interest.
*Changing the main type of permanents. Lands to creatures, enchantments to artifacts etc.
* Five colored cards
* Making creatures out of planeswalkers. Removing their spark.
* Arabian night revisit or Kamigawa revisit.

A+B) Off color Faerie tribal. (A & B are to be combined.)
C) Power/toughness matters.

Spellbook - 3
1 CMC CMN Sorcery - 2
Group hug - 2
Power/toughness matters - 2 *W*
Music - 1
Once upon a turn - 1
Skill borrower - 1
You shall not pass - 1
1) Cards that care about creature's base power and/or toughness.
5) Group hug card challenge - Cards that share
7) Music challenge - Make a card themed off of a song you like.
10) One drop common sorcery.
13) Uncommon legendary creatures.
As for the group hug one, I think I'll be doing that one later.
