The Deadline will now be one week sooner. That draws within the notification threshold, which means it's time to announce that the deadline is Wednesday the 21st!
However, if we don't get an entry by the 13th, the contest will end with only one winner.
EVENT - HERO'S REWARD
The next person to submit an entry before the 13th gets a prize!
And I'll take that.
You get:
- Curse of bad bratha all over the place (Rare, Activate at any time): Target entry becomes google translated, and will be judged based upon the resulting card.
When this mystical being out of this world enters our world, I whip out my Fun Gun and point it at the fox to protect myself.
And the gun explodes!

- @Ranshi922’s Demon is unleashing it’s rage! Destroying an entry, Flummoxed Curmudgeon is out of the running... darn... I actually liked that card!
As for you, Ranshi, you get to choose two more entries to destroy.
- @Aggroman15’s Trump Card triggers, allowing them a slight chance of randomly winning a category.
- Lastly, all of these things happening at once causes @KorandAngels‘s Waste Not to trigger. KorandAngels, choose one of the following prizes. You will get the chosen prize.
- - - Demon’s Rage (Mythic Rare, Activated or Triggered): Summon an all powerful demon to do your bidding. The demon will destroy (remove from judging) up to three entries of your choice, two entries of ‘it’s’ choice, and one other random entry. If you do not call upon the demon within the next two deadlines, it will automatically be used. Demon’s Rage cannot be sacrificed, tossed out, or destroyed by another prize, and its effects cannot be prevented by any item or event. (Note If there aren’t at least 12 entries you don’t own, it will destroy two entries of your choice and one entry at random.)
- - - Trump Card (Uncommon, Automatically Used At the End of the Deadline): This has a chance of being randomly chosen as a winner.
- My Favorite Balanced Entry - Candelabrum Shindling by @joerivlimpt: I’ve always had a soft spot for wincons. This category was VERY hard to decide, because a few entries actually seemed pretty balanced. However, going by the new win per card rule, Candelabrum Shindling stole the win. Its effect is incredibly simple, but well thought out. I like it.
- Best Art - Ethereal Fox by @joerivlimpt: Here’s a sampler plate of how random these categories can get. I almost gave this to Ordain, but the fox just looks cooler to me.
You get two prizes total
- A Burning Skull That Won’t Stop Laughing (Common, Activated, Three Uses): Use this only if you have a creature entry in the current deadline, Use it to deal one damage to an entry you own and an entry you don’t own. (An entry dealt damage equal to its toughness is removed from judging.)
- One prize is hidden from the other players. Only me and joerivlimpt know what it really is.

- My Favorite Monocolored Entry (FOR ONE MONTH PREMIUM!) - Psychopompic Angel by @Ranshi922: I took a lot of time thinking about this one. Balance, power, effect, and uniqueness. You don’t see non-flying angels often, but this one makes up for it with creature creation. Plus, if you’re willing to lose a creature forever, you can get a nice discount. Everything about this card was just nice.

Obstreperous - Adjective: Noisy, unruly
Deride - Verb: Express content or ridicule for
Travail - Noun: Especially painful, toiling, or laborious work / A physical or mental exertion or challenge / Agony or torment / Child... birth?
