That's not what @AxNoodle's card does; from what I see it means that any thing that would affect an opponent also treats @Axnoodle as a target. For example, Lurking Chupacabra can kill any creature, becuase you are your own opponent It doesn't control the other players
Edit: another example would be that Abyssal Persecutor makes it so you can't win the game but nobody can lose the game (because it says "your opponents can't lose the game"
So with comments like, "What does that card mean?" "How does that work?" "We don't want permanent emrakul here" "How does that make permanent emrakul?" "Why would you want to be your opponent?" I have made a new commander. Here it is:

@Ranshi922 It is a creature type I made up for the Planeswalker’s Journey contest which are all about counterspells. They are a mixture of cat, dragon, fox and serpent.
