  I would, but I don’t trust mail trades for a variety of reasons (the foremost being the potential for the cards in question to be held up or lost).

  It is not. The one in the structure deck is Tezzeret, Cruel Mechanist. The one you can get from booster packs is Tezzeret, Artifice Master.

  There is no mint, nearmint is the best condition; because if something was mint, it can't ever have even left the pack.

  There is mint, it's just incredibly rare to have mint. Most grading services have a gem mint rating, but the requirements for meeting it are very high.
