    OK! Here's my bump card. I know I didn't have to, but I just kind of wanted to. The request was: a commander (legendary creature or planeswalker) with non-battlefield card removal ability/es (exiling cards from hand or library). I know that it said exile, but I think mill counts as non-battlefield removal.
