Magic: the gathering of thanks
Tomorrow is thanksgiving, a holiday where we sit down with family and be thankful for what we have... and eat turkey.
I want you to ask yourself what part of mtg are you most thankful for. Is there a favorite card you like?, a set that introduced you the game?, the fact that it brings people together, or the community that created mtg cardsmith?

Also, I only eat the potatoes.
I cannot possibly list them all, but some that have really helped me are:
@Corwinnn
@Tomigon
@Beeswax
@Suicidal_Deity
@DomriKade
@Grimshac
@ningyounk
@Memnarchitect
@Lujikul
@Faiths_Guide
@Cryptonight
@Kauyon
And so many others.
THANK YOU ALL!
I'd also like to add in a few more...
@kauyon
@Phelgming
@Tomigon (The BEAST of MTGCS!)
@Teacup
@Looverse
@mtgcardsmith
@Cryptoknight
@Noobplayzgames
@Redxii9
@TheRussian58
@AustinSmith
And if I don't stop now I'll go on for days...
Really everyone who comes here to add in their bit of flair to the site. @ChargingBadger was here and gave us a thread we still use to this day, The Mechanic Encyclopedia for All. @sorinjace works hard to keep everyone excited about all the contests and challenges, not just his own. @ningyounk has elevated the way we build sets and approach our designs. @Jonteman93 and many others weave stories to delight us all. And this list could go on as well!
I think the point I'm getting at is just what @MrRansom said... Thank you ALL!!
"Creativity is how the soul is manifests. Everyone has it; you've just got to look inside yourself to let it out."

Thank you, Grant. Thank you for the wonderful site we all love. Thank you for the countless hours of joy brought to many by allowing us to express our creativity. You have changed the lives of thousands of people for the better, and for that, I am thankful.
Also, Thanksgiving was last month!

Thanks both! And I'm thankful to those cardsmiths too! (Btw, @Cryptonight has no "k")
I'd like to add more:
@Animist
@saveria201
@bnew07
@Lastjustice
@TenebrisNemo
@Shinobi
@fraziel07
and,
Demetrius Tsirikos (It's his disquss user name. He doesn't have Cardsmith account, but he frequently visits MTGCS and give us very helpful feedbacks.)
Thanks for the shout out @Tomigon!
XD
@Corwinnn, yes the squirrel god is on top of the list >>. Until I rob his winter stash XD.
@MrRansom, someone I enjoyed speaking with, working with, and compete against.
@Sorinjace, A new, friendly face added to my following for his creations and flavor.
Note: these are just a few names, I give reason for following and watching your creations.
Others on my list are:
@Saveria201. @Suicidal_Deity. @Benw
@Tomigon. @AustinSmith. @Deepsky
@Teacup @KrazyKobold98 @Koover
@Ranshi922. @Latinas. @Superman101
@Damnation. @TenebrisNemo @Skyrpt
@Beeswax. @Revan. @Mana_M0nger
@Faiths_guide @Undead. @Gelectrode
@Lujikul. @Crimson. @Orzhova
@Ningyounk. @Animist. @Jpastor
@Grimshac
The list is bigger, trust me ><. However, the work that many of these names here I've looked at and said to myself, "Dang, that really blew my mind." More creative minds come to the site and express themselves as best as possible. I look forward to seeing more.
Although turkey sucks tbh.
In MTGCS, I'm thankful too:
@corwinnn for being a kind, thoughtful moderator, keeping things in check and also making good cards (kinda like the dad of MTGCS, lmao), @strongbelieves, @phelgming and @ningyounk for giving helpful advice and feedback, @gelectrode for making some incredibly neat card concepts, @death_methods for making good cards and being a cool guy, @tripppleboggey3 for making great, creative contests and being a cool person, back in the day, and @faiths_guide, @animist and @beeswax for making really good, popular cards.
In wider MTG, I'm incredibly thankful to Richard Garfield for being a creative genius and creating this wonderful game along with all the best sets, MaRo for generally being a good designer (although some of his recent sets have been god awful IMO *cough* *cough* Amonkeht and Ixalan), as well as Saffron Olive, Luis Scott-Vargas, Andrea Mengucci, Reid Duke and Travis Woo for making good MTG content on the web.
I'm also of course incredibly grateful to @mtgcardsmith him/herself (i'm not sure, although I'd imagine himself) for creating this website.
There are many more people who Im obviously grateful too as well, but i dont have all day
You mentioned all oldschool cardsmiths I noticed, are you from that time period i take it? Ive been on this site now since february 2017.
mid 2016. im not from the "pioneers" of cardsmith ( @corwinnn, @noobplayzgames, @mrransom ect.) but im quite old yeah. I took a two year hiatus though.
Ninjutsu, baby.
