Well, it also requires you to have a Tessith planeswalker down and the odds you get both a Tessith (with there being three Tessith walkers before he gets killed off two custom sets from now) and Ral down at the same time seems small, let alone that you get ral with the loyalty to ult
Honestly, given that you're so interested in planeswalker decks, I'm surprised you did. Every planeswalker deck has the "if you control a [type] walker" card.
