In your description of the teams and their creators you mentioned the elementals twice under two different people.
You may want to scale the power of those golems down by quite a bit. I mean, it's 6 mana for 24 power and toughness?! What might be better to do is to reduce the number of lands the enchantment turns into creatures by about 3 lands, making it only 3 4/4 golems, which total in 12 power.
