    I wanted to do something fancy but conspiracies don't seem up my faction's street and I couldn't think of a good saga. I hope and assume I can enter both halves of a transforming card at the same time, so here we go:

    @pjbear2005 Do you think that is all dragons hoard? Also, some stuff may be enchanted, and the other stuff the elementals can use to make a deal with other empires, for trade.
    (Really, it’s just generalised colony fuel.)

    The downside of being an anachronistic state is that it can be hard to come to a consensus as a whole group. After several days of debating, we finally decided to take advantage of the resources The Flock left on this plane (not the treasure hoard, mind you), albeit at a hefty price.

    P.S. Unfortunately it is impossible to shrink the text any further, as it would be very nice to not have that last sentence be partially obstructed by the card border.

    No. Make them whenever you want, but you might have to make some extra once since the criteria might not be the same
