is it ok if i use the bowlen idea, like; if i win round 1 with my own bowlen at 3cmc, can i use the 4cmc for round 2?
@notmyprimespeaker has some pretty... strong beliefs coming with Prime Speaker Vannifar in the new Ravnica
She even synergizes with all of their mechanics.
Dude I REALLLY Hope you like this card, i spent over an hour searching for art for this card. THERE IS NO AZORIUS FAN ART ANYWHERE. So this was the best I could do art wise.
