I need help with a custom mechanic...
Hello there, Tigersol here! Recently I have been working on a custom card called Otaria, set on the small Dominarian continent of the same name. If any of you know the lore of Otaria, you would see a world consumed and annihilated by the most powerful time rift that appeared on Dominaria. The idea behind my set is that, slowly, the world is being rebuilt, despite the fact that Ixidor (the big bad from Onslaught block) has returned from long ago from a time rift, the Cabal (I'm assuming that the events of Dominaria did not happen, as the Cabal, while they are a creepy death cult, are not an evil army of darkness) are fighting with the Order (a group of mono-white nomad clerics and soldiers), the Skirk (goblin folks) are rising to power in the Skirk range, and refugees from the decimated Krosan Forest are beginning to rally together as one nation with the elves of Wirewood. To represent the factions, the set has a mono-colour matters theme, however some of your lands may be colourless wastes that help you cast certain spells in he beginning of the game, but you slowly regrow them into beautiful landscapes which leads me to my question, are land tokens possible?
As of now, regrow works like this (and yes, the land sacrifice actually matters):
Regrow a ___ (Sacrifice a land. Create a colourless ____ land token with “T: Add _.”)

I like the idea of transforming lands too...
