@MemoryHead I understood why you were worried even before I fully understood how it worked! My confusion came from the original reminder text wording on Thrumming Stone (and the other ripplers) that used the term "play" instead of "cast" and I thought it wouldn't trigger from the cards the first trigger found.
@Faiths_Guide I'd say it's probably ok. It's a spooky commander considering the whole "cast every Apostle in my deck" scenario but there's a chance you won't find any Apostles at some point early in the process and the card's a hate magnet. You'll get people holding up removal (or counterspells or whatever) so that as soon as you play Marr and then somebody else gets priority it'll die. It's a powerful card but it makes you a target and that balances it out relatively well.
@Ranshi922 As a rule of EDH, there's always a boardwipe. I actually hadn't thought of that until you pointed it out because my brain is still operating with the logic of "if he gets any demons we all die instantly" which is probably wrong but always my paranoia against Apostles.
@MemoryHead I have a feeling that you will be using Ikalo in a manner that could get very out-of-hand. However, I think he's a cool design and think you should get to play him. I think I'd recommend that you change his cost to {2}{w}{b} and leave everything else the same.
@Faiths_Guide I know what you mean. I'm planning to wait for other opinions and then nerf it based on the general consensus of whether I should and how I should do so.
@KingWatherton Sacred Pool is probably fine, as is Set the Competition. Tax Collectors is overpowered as you can activate its ability yourself in order to get stupid amounts of card advantage with no downside. Ranthor himself is probably fair enough but I fail to see why he would be five-color. Some combination of white, black and blue, perhaps, but red and green seem well outside his field in both flavour and abilities.
@MemoryHead, @AxNoodle If I change the wording on tax collectors to 'Any other player may use this ability', would that work Also, what syntax do you think is bad, please elaborate
@KingWatherton For Tax Collectors, (which I have renamed Tax Collector to make it simpler) Whenever Tax Collectors deals combat damage to a player, that player discards two cards.
{2}: Tax Collector's controller draws a card. Tax Collector cannot attack you until your next turn. Any player other than Tax Collector's controller may activate this ability.
For Sacred Pool, Add one mana of any colour to your mana pool. Each opponent may draw a card. For each opponent who did, add two mana of any one colour to your mana pool.
Set The Competition looks fine on syntax, but really needs to cost more mana. This is a good card:
Festival Of the Sun: Each player may draw a card and gain 3 life. Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn.
Inside Job: Destroy target creature. That creature's controller draws cards equal to its power.
Destructive Wave: Exile all permanents, then return them to the battlefield tapped under their owner's control. Nonland permanents don't untap during their controller's next untap step.
Servant Of The Gods: Defender When Servant of the Gods enters the battlefield, each player may draw up to three cards, then they may gain 3 life for each card less than three that that player drew this way. {w}, {t}: Each player may draw a card or gain 3 life.
After writing this, I realise that this may seem a bit rude. I am sorry if so, but I am just trying to help!
@AxNoodle No, that is not rude at all. Thank you for the syntax tips, I will make those changes. However, I disagree with you on set the competition. It is nothing like bribery. I do not get the creatures I search from my opponents libraries. I only get the creature from my own library. The opponents get the creatures I search from their library.
@Ranshi I have a question about one of your cards, Fungal Foreseer I might be wrong about this, but doesn't it go infinite with a couple of your cards: Deathspore Thallid, Elvish Farmer, Fungal Plots Because you can sack one/two saprolings, scry one/two cards to the bottom, create one/two more saprolings, repeat, and you can kill all creatures / gain infinite life / draw as much of your deck as you want, depending on the other card used.

Do you think I need to change my commander even though most people ok'ed it? I think it might be wise to...
Thank you, gentlemen!
1. As he said, Reda screws up his game plan
2. I can counter stuff
3. Ich habe Boardwipes
As a side note, I will not deny anyone a game of Magic. I will simply not allow the most... threatening of spells to live.
*ThumbsUp*
I have already designed some cards.

I think he is cool and a fine design. I believe that he'd be helped by adding {1} even though that doesn't do that much in Commander.
