@Thundertides Eh, you should probably keep the cost up. The cheaper it is, the easier it is to exile your opponent's graveyard just before you play it and while it's still relatively easy to cheat out, making it a 6 drop would be silly.
On that subject, you might want to consider changing it so that it isn't an instant win with any Rest in Peace style effect (or it's at least harder to make it a win con). Can't comment on how you would do this without totally changing the card, though, so you should probably ignore me on that.
Here are some cards made with this in mind, might as well post them. It's probably worth saying that the second and third aren't really final designs and that the mechanic on the third is experimental.
I like the mechanic for that card but wouldn’t it be whenever you take an extra turn, if it’s the second extra turn in a row? Or is it just when you take an extra turn you get another one. Of so that very good.
@Thundertides If you had your normal turn and then an extra turn it would trigger at the start of the extra turn. Basically, your normal turn is a turn as far as it's concerned, though it's worth noting that it isn't an extra turn. Yes, there is actually a scenario where that matters.

This is something I made a while ago that would fit with the whole "take extra turns" thing.
