    I got 1, 34 and 9 so: Creature Tokens, Mulligan, Unique Counters WHAT, it might take me awhile

    edit: nvm done:

    It works like Serum Powder's ability, you exile all cards with Deflection in your hand, create the tokens, and then you mulligan.

    I got 6, 12, and 28. Creature types, exile, and any player may activate the ability.
