I wasn't a big fan of either of these mechanics when all of this started but so many great ideas sprung out around them, that I've changed my mind! Yggdruvial Centaur is a 1 drop green mana generator that has managed to use the Bloom mechanic in a really fun way. Pearl Diver took it's mechanic, Submerge, and turned it into something I didn't expect, and yet find myself drawn to. Both of these cards were so good, I couldn't decide between them!

FIRST PLACE

There was a thin line between these two for me, as they checked all the boxes. The artwork is amazing and it brings the flow of the cards and mechanics together. I often look for cards that I want and think should be real, and both of these cards, in my opinion, feel like real cards. What separated them into first and second place was the possibilities of Lady of Masks really sparked my imagination and I want to build a deck around it!
Thanks to EVERYONE who entered and submitted all these wonderful cards! I had a lot of fun judging them. Trophy, Hall of Fame and Circuit points will be awarded tomorrow, as I need to get some sleep!
