  While not being wholly specifically Phyrexian mana, it affects the mana to be it. I think that my wording is off, but this is a start.

  @Dechujoh64 , someone hit you with one of those Men in Black memory erasing devices or something? You seem to have forgot how post your cards so we can see them. I still clicked on, but it's definitely easier for everyone when they are displayed in the thread.

  @Lastjustice I'm on a phone (only.) so it's really hard to do it. Also a few times when I've tried it then screwed it up.

  I am not sure if that last one is elligible as an entry because it's a joke card and because it's a "Silver" and not a "Sliver", but I decided to include it anyway.

  @pstmdrn: This might not be the cleanest way, but you could say:
  "Pay 2 life: Add one mana of any color. Use this mana only to pay for colored mana in the costs of Sliver spells you cast."

  So, I think it's time to announce the winners.
  
  But at first, some honorable mentions:
  @Ranshi for his Loophole Silver. Yes, it is a joke card and technically not a sLIver, but it's hilarious and I love it. Your prize is one fave on a card made by yourself.
  @Faiths_Guide for Corrosive Sliver. This card is a pretty basic thing, so no imaginary points for creativity, but it's a nice Sliver. You also recieve one fave.

  At 3rd place is @MemoryHead with Reflective Sliver. Yes, more Slivers are worse than Slivers. Thanks foryour entry, you get three faves.
