    @kandra127 yes I think so too. I just can't tell if Cipher was a bad mechanic or wotc couldn't balance it since I've never seen anyone play it ... I think encrypt, would have been a better start than cipher. Maybe it was too ahead of its time (lol).

    It was a great mechanic, WotC just got a little too scared after another set was too strong. So they implemented it weakly.

    Cipher was a fine mechanic, but yeah wotc over-costed it and didn't print it enough/with strong enough effects for it to see much play.

    Mostly my outfit, had a few people comment on it. But I also have a Jack Skellington antenna topper on my car and was told I have good movie taste :P
