Flash Challenge - Can you decipher my lunacy? (Judged.)
Hello fellow cardsmiths, I've been experimenting with contests/challenges over the past while and think we should take a closer look at a grossly unsupported mechanic. We will be doing this for a few mechanics... Maybe more depending on how interested the community is in the idea?
So what mechanic are we putting under the spotlight? We're looking at Cipher for these three days.
All Existing Cipher Cards: MTG Gatherer Search Results
Now that we've seen some cards, here is the description of the mechanic for those new to it.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of this card without paying its mana cost.)
Additional Details: https://mtg.gamepedia.com/Cipher
Due Date:
The due date for this contest is the 11th of June. Late entries will be accepted as long as we haven't finished judging.
Prizes:
Each of the top three entraints, will win the following...
- A follow.
- 3 favorites of your choice on cards of yours.
- Maybe something else?
Rules: (Updated the rules to allow cipher support cards!)
1) You must post a card with the keyword cipher or that supports cipher.
2) No entry limit.
3) New cards only.
4) Make sure to credit the creator of the artwork on your cards.

1) Long lasting effects.
As long as this card is exiled encoded on a creature, that creature can't be blocked by creatures with power less than its toughness.
2) Passing down the knowledge of cipher.
Generational (If the creature encoded by this spell would no longer be encoded, you may encode the exiled card onto another creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of this card without paying its mana cost.)
Does this count?
Edit: Change the rules to state that clearly.

library. For each one, you may either put it on
top of its owners library, exile it, or put it on the
bottom of its owners library. You may not choose
the same option more than once.

E: D'oh! I can't believe I forgot to add "then shuffle your library".
Edit 2: Is there a general rule for errata? I just thought of how to fix this so it's much better color-aligned, per @DomriKade's suggestion; also gave it less punchy but cuter flavor text. Regardless, I've got no problem with the original being the one that's judged
Can you cipher creatures? now you can!
I hope I'm not too late. Oh. And , yeah It's a rare at least , not an uncommon
