  "Everybody is a fan of something, whether it be a book, TV show, or youtuber. However, VIDEO GAMES are what we will be focusing on for this challenge.
  Your job will be to make a legendary creature about a VIDEO GAME character. The character must have abilities that has synergy with the actual character."
  
  So the answer is, yes, it's only for video game characters.

  Going for intensity I guess? Sly Cooper has a lot of abilities in the game, but I focused on the ones that make him a tricky thief. First strike in this case is about the rogue's tendency to strike first from the shadows.
