Curse of Disorganization {4}{b}{b}
Enchantment - Aura Curse [Rare]
Enchant player
When Curse of Disorganization enters the battlefield, enchanted player creates an Archive Token with Central Catalogue 13 (As this enters the library zone, put the top card 13 cards of your main library face up on top of this card as a new library. As this becomes empty, exile it.)
Whenever enchanted player would draw a card, you may choose which library they draw from.
Search for Ylyeptaz's Tome {Cost TBD}, blue
Archive
Catalogue 5 (As this enters the library zone, put the top 5 cards of a library you own face up on top of this card as a new library. As this becomes empty, put it into its owner’s graveyard.)
Play with the top card of your libraries face up.
If you own four cards named Search for Ylyeptaz's Tome among cards on the battlefield, in your graveyard, in exile, or face up in a library you control, you win the game (as long as this card is on the battlefield).

Just realised that I forgot to capitalize "aura" in that! Ahhh! I'll do that some other time, for it is 1:32 AM here and I should rest...and that I used the wrong set symbol for Dead Never Rest...by golly...I have some things to do tomorrow I guess.

Major props goes to fiskerton for thinking of the most amazing design myself have seen for archives. TenebrisNemo also did something very clever... and MonkeyPirate2002 came up with the most crazy and awesome non-archive archive card.
