Customer support?

I'm having an issue with signing up for a premium membership, but there doesn't appear to be anywhere to go to ask someone about the problem. Can anyone help me out?

  • My card is declined, but there's nothing wrong with the card. It works everywhere but here.
  • Click on Corwinnn's name and then near the top right of the screen you'll see "Message". This will start a one on one conversation with him. This would be the easiest way for you to resolve your issue and for it to remain private.
