I'd like to see what you can make proxy-wise in terms of power, i.e. 5Mox, Black Lotus, Ancestral Recall, Timetwister, Time Walk. Must have card functionality of original, just looking for a proxy or nine.

Yeah me too. I used them for moxen equivalents (the lotus equivalent got scrapped for balance issues) in a custom sets, but they look so good for proxies as well!
