Ok. Maybe I'll create a better explanation later but still , all are in the title.

Create a card associated by the monarch ability . If you don't know what's monarch do , it allow a player to draw a card unless a creature deal damage to you, at this moment , that controller's creature becomes the monarch. Or you steal the monarch with another ability that let you become the monarch.

Rules:
- All cards must be created around the monarch ability and mechanic.
- No joke cards allowed.
- Limited to 5 entries per cardsmith
- Deadline fixed to Septemeber, 28
