Command Tower? Did I miss something? Because if this is a standard legal set, then command tower is useless unless they find a way to move things to the command zone, right?

Releasing alongside Eldraine is a set of 4 brawl preconsctructed decks. These decks will be 60 card, singleton decks with exclusive cards. All the cards in the deck will be standard legal. Commander tower is one of these cards. However, in a game of standard you do not have a commander, so any card that references your commander or its color identity has nothing to fetch cards/information/identity from and therefore do nothing.
