@Arceus8523@Blazin_Biscuit I agree the set looks good and is a good example of what we want to do I was just getting the feeling that people wanted to do something else that Artifacts.
@SammySammson This looks hella cool, would really like to join mostly for 1)world building and plot, because I like that kind of thing but haven't had a chance to commit to a custom set of my own, and 2) playtesting because I have access to Untap, though I may be up at somewhat unconventional times due to my not living in USA.
Just here to give my advice if wanted. Advanced technology has been visited by MTG a couple times, digital-age technology hasn't.
Other unexplored themes in Magic include:
•Primitive times set (Think Muraganda, can include a new take on dinosaurs, evolution or return of evolve mechanic, vainilla matters, counters, etc.)
•Everyone is red or blue set/Instant sorceries matter set (Some planes are primarily centered in a color and expand on things that color cares about that everyone else does to some extent. Phyrexia, Innistrad and Amonkhet gave every color a bit of black, Zendikar gave everyone a bit of green, Theros with white and so on.)
•Latin America (Almost every culture has been touched by Magic, but Latin América still has a lot to offer, the closest we got was Ixalan.)
•Small matters set (Soon we will be visiting Ikoria, a Kaiju set, I assume Giant subtype and big creatures will be relevant. But the opposite we haven't seen, Segovia Is the perfect planes for that. Skulk, -1/-1 shenanigans are perfect for It.)
@EnvyReaper interesting concept. I'll definitely toy with it, but I think we're going with Xerox (a custom planet that's a giant mansion), so it won't really fit there. I'm looking forward to trying it on isolated custom cards (and it would fit in a Theros block). I can't remember -- are you in the Discord server? That's where design and discussion is happening.
"the" should be lowercase in the name. See Jace, the Mindsculptor; Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre; etc.
Also, here are my wording suggestions (I also think supreme deity should be renamed as an ability to a verb, as it sounds as though he is a deity himself, which is not necessarily the case. Depending on the context, "Awaken," "Pay tribute," "Practice faith," etc., could be some options). I personally think being a legendary God and an enchantment should be a core part of the ability; also, I'm not sure if "as this spell resolves" allows you to choose Shifract as the deity, so I'm suggesting a change there):
Supreme deity (When this permanent enters the battlefield, choose a creature you control. If you don't control a supreme deity, that creature becomes a supreme deity, and is a legendary God and an enchantment in addition to its other types.)
UB, Exile a card from your graveyard, tap: Put target creature on top of its owner's library.
As long as Shufract, the Blind is a supreme deity, it has "[text]."
However, if you don't want the enchantment God thing to be a part of the supreme deity ability, I'd say:
As long as Shufract, the Blind is a supreme deity, it is a God and an enchantment in addition to its other types and has "[text]."
Lastly, if "Supreme deity" (or whatever the name would be) is on a nonpermanent, the reminder text can just be "Choose a creature you control. If you don't control a supreme deity, that creature becomes a supreme deity, and is a legendary God and an enchantment in addition to its other types."

I never said I wouldn't do an artifact set. The group would just have to overrule me.
