This is the other idea I had for the mutagen. I was originally going to make it a sorcery with art referring to Bebop and Rocksteady about to be exposed to the mutagen, but there was some issues with formatting it and finding art for it, so went with this instead.
I know the rules, this isn't actually an entry. Something about the way the voice actor for Shredder delivered this line stuck with me, so decided to make a card for it.
