Triple-Black Challenge [Open. Judged by @Lastjustice]
I'm still in the process of judging my other challenge, so I figured why not start a new one. For this challenge, submit exactly one card new or old with a mana cost of BBB - three black mana symbols. (Note that the mana cost must be exactly that, so mana costs of BBBB, 1BBB, or B/P B/P B/P*, as examples, are prohibited.) *Represents Phyrexian mana
This card can't just be black. It has to ooze black, with that aura of darkness and the willingness to sacrifice anything for power that accompanies the three skulls in the upper right corner. Here are some examples from the real game:
(The template is a bit off on the last one, since it's very old, but it fits perfectly. I once played a Commander game where one of my opponents controlled Academy Rector, a creature that allows you to search an enchantment into play when it dies, and a bunch of other stuff. They cast Kaervek's Spite and proceed to search out Barren Glory.)
Cards are due by Friday, November 15.
(Edited)
: Ok, I will extend the contest to the December 10th and allow a second entry.

All people are free to vote, whether or not they participated in the contest. Feel free to vote for yourself. Poll results will be made official one week from now on November 29.
Note: the poll is conducted using a modified version of Condorcet Minimax, a complex voting system that's considered optimal by many mathematicians. Here's how it works:
Everyone ranks their choices. Therefore, you can do head-to-head matchups between pairs of cards, or, in this example, candidates, by looking at who is ranked higher. The winning candidate is the one that beats everyone else in a head-to-head matchup.
Let's say
65% of voters prefer Alice to Bob,
55% prefer Alice to Chris, and
75% prefer Bob to Chris.
In this case, Alice has beaten everyone else in a head-to-head matchup, and she is declared the winner.
Instead, you might wonder, what if instead of 55% preferring Alice to Chris, 55% prefer Chris to Alice:
65% of voters prefer Alice to Bob,
55% prefer Chris to Alice, and
75% prefer Bob to Chris.
Then Alice beats Bob, Bob beats Chris, and Chris beats Alice! In this scenario, we look at who has the best losing margin. Alice lost 55-45, whereas the other two candidates lost 65-35 and 75-25 respectively. Alice wins.
