This doesn't have a snow related title, though there is snow in the artwork.
Hopefully it's well balanced. If not, that's something I struggle with
I may make new versions of these, but these are entries 1 and 2.
Horror Frost: I was going for a mycosynth lattice effect, but with snow permanents.
Also I would have rather the CMC be {s}{s}{w}{u}, but alas Cardsmith won't let you add snow mana cost yet.
Encased in Ice: In hind sight, 5 counters may be a bit too much. I may lower it to 3 by the end of the challenge, what do you think?
The perfered CMC would be {s}{u}{u}
Kyrrosa, Child of Monozko: This card is based roughly on the Russian Fairy tail

Frostbite Phoenix: There are a lot of red phoenixes, so I made one based on a snowy one.
