Seems cool. Other than flavor text, I'm not sure I understand the sacrifice requirement, but the card seems neat!
Prism:
Wow, pretty neat! I'm not sure how powerful it ends up being, but I'm worried that it makes it too easy for any deck to be in every color (especially with all the "wishing" that goes on lately).
Phoenix:
Woah, an icy phoenix? Sweet! Feels like it's in the sweet spot for power-level too.

Thoughts on the new version of Blizzard Prism. I modified it slightly to differentiate it from Chromatic Lantern.
Also, what do you think of Abominable Snowballer?
Nice update on the Prism, I like it.
Abominable Snowballer feels like it could cost a little bit less or have slightly better P/T even at common, but I like him
In case you missed my comment on your Prism-
{s} is not mana. It's just a symbol that tells you how you can pay the cost, just like hybrid mana symbol or phyrexian mana symbol. There's no card that add phyrexian mana, hybrid mana, or snow mana to your mana pool. So {s} is not something you can spend.
