at first I thought of making u an artifact creature that deals with electricity, cause ion, and storm, haha

I wanted to have this work with Atla Palani. I think the ability would be sick!
Curator means you manage or collect basically, so you 'collect' experience counters with your creature. Ultion is like an act of retaliation, it felt very flavorful for an Angel to be protective to you or a creature you control with as much experience as this creature can get with the indestructible built in. I wanted this to be mythic, and it wasn't originally so I dropped it to a 5 drop in the cmc and gave it haste so it can be mythic, giving it haste was a big deal. I hope you like this @KorandAngels
