So I'm tired of hearing people whine about white. Push it! So few notes here. This card is good with Ancient tomb and City of Traitors. Most other lands that tap for 2 aren't that good with this card, including enchanted lands. This card homeward paths the lands so it's fun with Shifting Borders. It is delicious for Landfall, but that ability is kind of already broken. It comes in tapped itself because even though this is intended for commander, in most 20 life formats, an extra mana turn one is very dangerous. It is Legendary because similarly this might be able to get out of hand in multiples.

So this is for modern and edh. 1 life for a fetchland can matter sometimes, but 3 life for a fetch (5 if you fetch into a shock) makes the tax real. Ankh of Mishra and Zozu come out too late to deal with fetches, but deal more damage. Perhaps a card like this would help with the fetch lands outrageous price tag. My local commander meta has a lot of green ramp and draw goodstuff players so let's make another way to punish that.
Changed the name of Fugacious Holt to Brimstone Holt. Also changed "whenever a player plays a land" to "whenever a land enters the battlefield," to get the correct effect.
