I'm honestly surprised that this hasn't been done yet. So I suppose the duty falls to me... Seriously, I'm not even trying to win with it - I just wanted to make this card. It is a submission though.
@twighlight8 I think you need to specifically address each submission intended as a cycle that isn't valid so people don't get surprised by with disqualification when judging happens. That way they should be able to reduce their submission to a valid number of individual Magus entries that the believe their best.
For anyone who doesn't know, a cycle is (usually) a set of 5 or 10 similar cards - by name, abilities, or otherwise - that spreads across the colour pie e.g. one for each colour, guild, shard, khan, or 4-colour combination.
@twighlight8 My understanding of a cycle appears to be different than yours. In my opinion a Magus cycle would have to be a set of Magus each representing a card from an existing cycle (ie. the God's weapons of Theros like I submitted).
@Faiths_Guide when I wrote that I meant a cycle in a broader sense as in, can represent a sequence of "cycleable" cards - for example enchantment magi across colours, or an instant magi for each guild etc. But your interpretation is probably the simplest and most elegant solution. I just didn't want people to miss out just because their favourite card isn't a member of an existing cycle. I would even accept something like land-artifact-creature-enchantment-sorcery at a stretch.
@twighlight8 Whatever your interpretation is is obviously correct, as it is your contest. As long as you make it clear whether or not submissions are valid (as you've now done) whatever is fine
@twilighlight8 I'm assuming, since you didn't mention me, that my magi based on the 7 Swords are ok as a cycle? if not I will pare down my submissions to the appropriate level.

Doesn't look that way XD

@Mir-151414, @FantasticKill7, @Tommia first set, @Faiths_Guide well done those are cycles
@Tommia second set, @dvarris563, @sanjaya666 not cycles. Please either remove some entries or fix the sets.
