@Ranshi You don't need to make a proxy. The 2nd ability of that Liliana card is too long for MtGCardsmith's card editor. That's why I can't count that card. The last ability is fine, because we can use "{b}" instead of actual mana symbols, and remove the reminder text.
@Ranshi That seems like another new mechanic. You can do that, but I don't like that idea so much. "Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It's a Zombie in addition to its other types." is less than 145 characters, fyi.
@Abu_Jafar It doesn't seem to be, as I think the idea is that you're limited to copying it up to the number of the volley. With this, for example, I think that it means that you could get a maximum of two copies.
Storm's certainly an extremely volatile mechanic, though, so while it isn't a more powerful storm then it's potentially still powerful.
@Dizzydude I can't tell you if your card is overpowered or not until I decide winners. But I can tell you if there's a mistake. So you want to put volley mechanic to a creature card. I'm afraid that doesn't work. Because once the copy is resolved, it disappears. The creature doesn't enter the battlefield. Basically storm(and volley) was designed for instant and sorcery cards. You need to modify the mechanic if you want to put volley to permanent cards.

Sure.
If you can shorten the text of 2nd ability to 145 characters, I can accept that as an entry.

I can't count the original version because we can't recreate the same card on MtGCardsmith.
Sorry, to make things less confusing, I decided to add the new rule-"Only cards made on MtGCardsmith are allowed."

@Tomigon I changed the volley up, hopefully not to much, but if I did just tell me. ?
