  • Hmm. So the mechanic is actually a cool idea, but it might need more time in the oven before I fully decide on using it. Here's another card so that I have one from each color. The only issue with this mechanic is that while the creatures have to be untapped, they can just play some of the cards at end of their opponents turn, which maybe isn't a problem, but still. Also might have to reword the text so that way there's no confusion surrounding the mechanic and creatures with activated abilities like mana dorks..

    @joemamajoe. Yeah. Might try the mechanic out on some rares next and maybe even opportunity payoff cards. Maybe I'll change W/B tokens to W/B opportunity or something. The mechanic does seem really good with tokens.

  • Made a complete cycle of Mages for the set. Something I was really excited to do. Some of these might be too strong, but I was worried they would be too janky with weaker effects. Here they are. 


  • I also fixed up Aya's Vengeance, slightly better imo.

    I'm thinking of removing Minotaurs and Spirits as archetypes because they seems kind of parasitic (and janky), but I can't quite find an archetype to replace them. I was thinking since I had R/W as equipment/auras I could do U/W Enchantments and RB Artifacts but Idk.
