Well looks like I forgot to post some extra cards for this. Guess I will post them now.
Mary is a Musician, and the Assisstant of Veldrak. She is the only human who has found out that the monsters truly mean no harm... except to the evil and cruel.
One of the many ways Veldrak can remove a target. He hates doing the work, but he knows his truly Wicked targets won't be stopped any other way.
Aight, I planned to join this a while ago, but couldn't think of a faction. However, I have an idea now, and not a moment too soon!
The Smiths of Ralatann are a group of Dwarves and Fire Elementals that mine, smelt, refine, and forge metals into the finest weapons and armor in all the multiverse.
The Smiths are led by the King-Smith, a position currently occupied by a Dwarf named Torbreak.
Contrary to what the name may suggest, the King-Smith is not a title passed down through a certain bloodline. Rather, when the previous King-Smith dies, there is a forging competition, and the winner of that becomes the next King-Smith. As such, Torbreak is an able smith, having created his battle axe, warhammer, and armor himself. He is a wise, intelligent, and kind leader, always making time to personally go down to the forge, and, even if he doesn't create something himself, simply be among his subjects.
Torbreak's right hand man is a Fire Elemental named Sythill.
The main purpose of the Fire Elementals in the Smiths are to keep the forges full of fire, and make sure metal is regularily getting smelted and melted in preparation for smithing. Sythill oversees this, making sure all runs smoothly while Torbreak handles other matters.
The Dragon's Head Forge is the major smithing center of the Smiths. (The art of the card only shows a small portion of the whole facility)
Hey @HeroKP, will this be ongoing? And if this ever ends(If it is successful, which it will be), like COLONISERS, can you plzzzzzzzzzzzzz make sequels? I love politics!
Eliminations will definitely be very rare here (and only happen if another contestant with enough clout pulls some strings to MAKE it happen), and there are multiple ways this could end. As for sequels.... Let's not get ahead of ourselves, shall we?
"Intrigue in the Silver Council" Councilor 1:There are people trying to colonise some planes. Should we do anything about it? 2:What planes? 1:Insert name here 2:Naw, that's not my plane. 3:No! Help my people!
*After the plane is blown up, 3 leaves the council. 3 was a legendary medic, and was the only person who could raise the dead
1:There doing it again. 2:What plane this time? 1:Your plane. 2:WE NEED TO HELP THEM. *King dies, and if he is not saved by tomorrow whole plane will blow up 2:AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
The Forces of the Blightweald have arrived to contest with the rest of the factions, warping the very landscape in their wake.
Were it not for Farona, a former Mulchbraider and one of the last few remnants of the obliterated plane of Dronain, the Blightweald would run rampant, consuming everything that dares to stand in their way.
However, even with Farona's attempts to reign in the hordes of the Blightweald, their influence still corrupts those who get too close
One such individual was Demetrius, Farona's former lover, yet his corruption followed a different path. Upon finally finding her lover after years of separation, Farona was grief stricken when she only saw a husk of his former self standing before her. In an attempt to regain the man she lost, Farona agreed to help Demetrius regain his stolen spark through forbidden magics known only to the Blightweald. Yet this attempt to reclaim what was lost only resulted in Demetrius' gruesome transformation into the beast he is now.
For now, Farona seeks to gather aid to restore her plane and bring justice upon the ones who shattered her lover's mind and her home.
Malachai was there among the 'elders' as Urza visited the plane of Equilor, begging to build his machine empire on the ground of the Equilor itself, by using the accumulated knowledge he gained from the equilorians nevertheless. Many of the 'elders' were not impressed due to their nature as ascended entities, wishing nothing but to content in their idleness to observe the multiverse.
But Malachai knew it better. He knew that he wanted to do more than just 'observing', so he acted behind the strings to push many events so that they could happen, such as giving Nicol Bolas the idea and knowledge to lure planeswalkers by using an Interplanar Beacon. But he also knew that Bolas' plan to ascend would be failed because of the elder dragon's hubris. And he knew that even Bolas feared the equilorians because compared to them, Bolas was nothing but a boastful, god-pretender.
Nevertheless, someday after Urza left Equilor, Malachai created a planeswalker avatar in the shape of an old man so he could roam the multiverse freely without any repercussions, while his true self is still somewhere in Equilor, as he was driven by curiosity of the unpredictable nature of the lesser beings. In the end, others view him to be somewhat 'heartless', as he posesses no empathy towards the lesser sentient beings around him. Or so what he thinks.
