Hello!
Yes, I know that politics aren't something you normally associate with fun, so I'm not doing politics! What the challenge is, is to make a legendary creature that uses Fiora's vote mechanic, and no unset cards(Unless you ask really nicely).
Also, old cards are allowed, but only 1.
Prizes will be simple, each card gets a like, 1st place gets 3 and a follow, second and third get a follow or 2 likes, their choice. Deadlines aren't going to be a thing, instead I'm going to judge weekly. If you've already won, you still can win another, but won't get any extra likes.

Make a legendary creature that interacts with the vote mechanic in a non-evil way. No loopholes.
You also might need to describe what a loophole through whatever it is you mean would be.
And by loopholes, I mean saying something like this:
"Black mail isn't ALWAYS bad..."
