Also, is there any sort of definitive judging date or do you just intend to do that when you feel like it?

Ability: Fatebound.
Similar to soulbond but with a bit more... permanent conditions. The idea is that you run a risk/reward system where fatebound creatures either gain benefits from being paired with another creature or perhaps even give boons to the creature they're paired with. Soulbond requires you control both creatures in order to keep them paired, fatebound allows you to pair with any creature, regardless of owner or controller.

Ability: Burrow
Kinda like if regenerate and morph had a baby. Unlike morph, where you cast a card face down. Burrow lets you flip down your creatures on the battlefield to avoid danger. While the initial activation of Burrow allows you to counter spells and avoid danger upon its activation, it can still be targeted and dealt damage afterward.

My other cardsmith is @Ranshi .
Here's my first entry:

Pride Counters are similar to Experience Counters. They are placed on players, and the number of Pride Counters a player has influences effects and abilities of spells and creatures that player controls. The twist is that Pride Counters are Cat-tribal, with related abilities appearing on Cat cards and in the Cats' tribe colors: Red-Green-White.

Entry #2:
https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/dekrus-thief-of-wills
Possess is an ability found on some Spirits in the White-Blue-Black wedge. When a player gains control of a creature via a Possess ability, that creature is possessed until it leaves the battlefield. Some Spirits with Possess (as well as some without it) interact with possessed creatures in ways such as conferring bonuses on them or, as in Dekrus's case, turning them into resources.

1st: @SkyWizard437 Rekel, liege of the pride. This card would be wonderful for any brawl or commander deck. With it, it's maker roared to victory.
2nd: @Baron-777 Clockcorpse Dancer. Fatebound is a awesome recreation of a already existing soulbond ability. (Yes, you can have this dance, and the victory.)
3rd: @Usaername goddess of Machina. This would be good in any artifact deck. If I where to play it, I'd search my deck for my victory.
