@joemamajoe The method I use is to type out a tab (the indent you put at the start of lines) using a separate word processor (I use Google documents) and then copy-and-paste that tab onto the start of a line in the Cardsmith editor. You then put however many normal spaces you need after that so that the line of text looks like it's in the middle. If you've got multiple lines of text, you have to do it for each of them separately.
