Villains with a touch of white (Closed)
Halo!
I'm guessing you can tell where the name is from, and that's exactly what this challenge is. So, the rules are basically the same as that challenge, "Heros with a touch of black", except with white villains.
I'll post more rules later, good luck!

EDIT: Fixed the card, kinda.
@The-DM
@MemoryHead
And for the creature reason, it's just that I was simply using a phone as I made the card.
@RohanDragoon
Also, I don't think that she held her grudge that long. Of course, there is Single Combat, but according to MTG Wiki,

I wonder why...
And I just don't like planeswalker cards in general. They're just making the game needlesly overcomplicated (you need some very specific cards or overwhelming creatures to effectively kill them. It's just like playing against several players if your enemy is playing a damned SUPERFRIENDS deck.)

As Marchioness of one of the border territories within a massive empire growing from planar collapse, Cironia hardly seems like a villain at first glance. She is but a ruler keeping her territory together. But as those displaced by Planar Collapse start to move, searching for safe havens, it becomes clear why Cironia became Marchioness.
Her territory, Petal Point Pass, is the only passage into the empire's territory on the eastern front. And Cironia holds the Pass with an bloody fist. In the name of safety, she refuses entry to almost all who arrive, and those who linger are, in her words, "disposed of for the greater good".
In the uncertainty of Planar Collapse, safety is no guarantee. But to keep her borders safe and secure, Cironia will light the whole pass ablaze. Because for her, it's not about the people. It's about the principle.
That was one of the most amazing this I've ever seen.
