    On Boreal Nightmare:

    In my opinion, that is too over-powered for a three-drop. If played correctly, that's (probably) an unblockable 1/1 on turn three (a probably additional buffs on different turns/from other creatures.)

    Here's the suggestions:

    Boreal Nightmare     {2}{b}{b} -(Increase CMC to balance it.)

    Instant

    Destroy target creature or planeswalker. If that creature was having a dream, create a 1/1 black Nightmare creature token.

    If {w} was used to cast this spell, put a shadow counter on target nightmare you control.

    Alright. So Azorius now has a theme represented. It uses some of the blue and white dream cards, some untap and flicker efffects, and some pretty good payoffs too.

    Made some more cards and some of these actually look really fun to play with. I gave WB shadow deck a payoff card finally, made a wrath, a sweeper, and also a semi-baneslayer angel too!

    Also, I made a phoenix planeswalker. Tried to balance it the best i could while making sure the words could fit. Made the abilities strong, but noting busted since it can come back.

    Made some more fairies, some cards that get bonuses for things dreaming, and my personal favorite, Squigg. Had a ton of fun designing that one in particular.

    oops, just realized frollick of fairies is missing its p/t box. It is supposed to be a 0/0.

    Made some cool new mythic, started a cycle of enchantments and made some more payoff cards for the UR archetype. Also UG is flicker/etb/value because I had some cards that fit the theme already.
