Pauper Collection - Master Set Creation

These "Generals" and the Sliver Lords are very different; not for power reasons, but for going against a format where the cards are fundamentally simple. All of the Sliver Lords are very simple, things like "All slivers have flanking" and "All slivers get +1/+1". Also compare to Elves: simplistic phrases such as ":T:: Target creature gets +X/+X, where X is the number of elves on the battlefield.". Pauper exists as a very uncomplex but synergistically interesting format, and one that tests deck building skills. That is the point of the format, not to be overly complex.
This is the same issue with Funny Mental Devourer; it feels like a rare in a Modern Horizons set, not a common.
The tribal support added doesn't feel Pauper and the spirit of the format. They feel apt at rare or at a high level of uncommon, and certainly not common. Most of the generals feel more complex than Pack Leader, a rare in m21.
Of course, since the set is already closed, I probably am not helping by pestering you over an already closed project, thus I'll leave it at that and not comment further. I wish you the best for taking this feedback on board, and what future projects you get up to.
