@SteampunkDragon I like that card a lot but don't forget you get an additional 5 points for artist credit... also, it's supposed to tap and untap itself. It only seems to affect creatures...
(I'm not a judge for this contest though, only a participant)
@Alextorrez6 thanks for the catch on the artist! It's pretty great art, I usually remember to credit. Anyways, I'm pretty sure it counts because when it taps creatures you control, you can pay to trigger it, after which it untaps itself.
Current challenge: An enchantment that taps and untaps itself. (request made by @murkletins )
To join, post a requirement that is 10 or less words and is not on the list below, then post a card that fits the current requirement.

Group hug just means helping everyone symmetrically. It's often used when playing color combinations like Bant (Green, white, and blue) and specializes in symmetrical abilities such "each player draws N cards". It tends to be popular among commander-oriented playgroups, since it's not a very "mean" strategy compared to many others. A staple commander for Group Hug decks is Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis, which was printed in Commander 2016 along with Atraxa, Ydris, Breya, and Saskia. One of the reasons this commander is popular is because it gives everyone the symmetrical benefits, but also nets you an additional card. People tend to use cards like this as a way to ensure no one removes them or kills them, since they'd otherwise lose out on the benefits it gives them.
Hope that helps!

You still need a requirement that is 10 words or less.
@LordTachanka123 @Dizzydude
Just PM your results to me, and I'll add it all up.
(Remember, you're judging each card on a scale of 1-10, the extra 5 for artist credit I will add at the end.)
Expect the results to be posted either later today, or sometime tomorrow.
Request: A creature card that references a cartoon/anime show. (For example Rin and Seri from M21 Core Set that references Ren and Stimpy)
@The-DM, Bless the Troops: 6 for slight wording issues and unbalance
@Alextorrez6, Irresolvable Dispute: 8 for clean wording and formatting, and good balance.
@SteampunkDragon, Gateway to Inspiration: 7 it's a little too much for an uncommon, I would've made it a rare.
@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos, Lightning Tornado: 6 that last ability should only allow you to tap another target nonland permanent for balance issues.
@Dizzydude's ratings:
@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos , Lightning Tornado 7
@SteampunkDragon, Gateway to Inspiration 6
@Alextorrez6, Irresolvable Dispute 6
@The-DM, Bless the Troops 5
@LordTachanka123's ratings:
@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos, Lightning Tornado 8
@SteampunkDragon, Gateway to Inspiration 8
@Alextorrez6, Irresolvable Dispute 7
@The-DM, Bless the Troops 5
Total:
@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos, Lightning Tornado: 6, 7, 8, 5 = 26.
@Alextorrez6, Irresolvable Dispute: 8, 6, 7, 5, 1(tie breaker point) = 27.
@SteampunkDragon, Gateway to Inspiration: 7, 6, 8, 5 = 26.
@The-DM, Bless the Troops: 6, 5, 5, 5 = 21.
Tie breaker.
Lightning tornado's last ability shouldn't be able to target itself for balance reasons.
Gateway to Inspiration should be a rare, because all you need is 1 creature that has a tap ability to add 2 mana and that's endless damage.
Irresolvable Dispute has clean wording and formatting, and is fairly balanced. +1 point.
@Alextorrez6 You get a fav from me, @Dizzydude, and @LordTachanka123 on the card of your choice, and your entry.
All of your entries were pretty good, in the end it came down to wording and balance. to break the tie.
