Actually I will be randomly picking a requirement from the list, so it might not be for a legendary common. I will announce what next week is tomorrow.
But for future reference silver bordered is ok, just don't use it as an excuse to be lazy, the point of this challenge is to challenge yourself.

Edit - My requirement (inspired by the current featured card https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/the-kings-road-1): Champion a noncreature permanent type of your choice.
You still need a requirement that is 10 or less words
***EDIT - Fixed issues with power level, specifically, you could enchant yourself previously, allowing you to draw infinite cards at no cost (thanks @Usaername for pointing this out!). Additionally, I nerfed the second ability by making it sorcery speed and only once per turn. Finally, I nerfed the third ability so that it only triggers upon leaving play, rather than being targeted by a mere spell or ability.***

A little to boring In my opinion
I like how this card works, but there are some wording issues.
The card itself is ok, but the text is cramped and most people would read it all the way through since it's so exhausting.
I just don't feel it
Ok card, except that it's rather hard to draw exactly 3 cards.
It should cost {1}{u}{r}{w}, and be a sorcery. Imo.
