Three speed, one armor
Offense
Weapons: some sort of civilian handgun. Maybe a glock or smith&weston?
Ability: Theft. Basically, he just picks things up. Enemy rifle? His. Rook armor? His. If he picks up a defender's phone he can call one person, but it's a one time use and he doesn't know who he's calling. He can only pick up one ability at a time, and must use it before picking up a new one.

Also, the design might be good in general cases, but...not the recent styles. The design is way too complex, at the point that you don't even know what the heck you're supposed to look at.
