I took the regular blue bounce ability and transformed it into something completely new: it either prevents your opponent from putting any creature onto the battlefield this turn (this is particularly effective against cards that make a lot of tokens like March of the Multitude), or it allows you to combo on your turn by abusing the ETB abilities of your creatures over and over.

My new mechanic for red is turning I/S into burn spells. Red has had a few cards in the past that exile your own spells for an effect but this card turns them all into direct damage which is completely new. I think this effect is not only very philosophically red but also playable in multicolor red decks, giving nonred I/S additional functionality while still incentivizing playing red spell with the cost reduction effect.
