Sorry, I got a little overwhelmed (I assumed fewer people would enter based on the complexity of the challenge, I got way more entry this weekend that I though I'd get over one week) so I'm going to have to restrict it to one entry per person because I'm not on holidays — like, right now I'm supposed to go to work XD — and I'm starting to wonder if the number of packs I prepared (which I assumed was ten times the number I needed) is going to be enough >.<

The flavour is stretched due to the guns, and the mechanics are not entirely appropriate, but still.
Tapping
Equipment are artifacts, and with the counters theme I feel it ties into the Abzan suitably.
Artifact creature
Really, I just couldn't find any art for this one. But I find the fact that your opponents can force you to block with it is sensible for a building.
You're in for a challenge with this one, Lightning Speed #37 incoming:
Yep, a sorcery card that can be played at instant speed xD If you're lost, you can look at cards such as Rout and Swift Recknoning for help ^^ As for the flavour pack:
You are not allowed to use any color. Again, if you're lost, look at some of the colorless spell from the Oath of the Gatewatch set to help you! This has to be one of the hardest combination I've seen in this challenge so far, I hope you can make it!

Here is Mystical Arts #22 for you!
All cards must be based on a deck based on casting noncreature spells à la Jeskai! If the third restriction confuses you, think cards like Frantic Inventory or Goblin Gathering. And for the flavour to go with it:
All your cards must take place in the sky! Anything is fair as long as it flavourfully is linked to the sky or anything in the air, without using red or green. Good luck!

No, the flavour pack indicates colour identity so Devoid would be cheating here ^^ The idea behind Dizzydude's flavour pack is to design around true colorless cards such as Ulamog or Spatial Contortion ^^

Alright it's a copy-based pack BUT you don't get any blue or green in there so it's definitely going to get interesting ^^ Also I just realised that the first restriction is not precise enough and would be fulfilled by the third sorry, it's a *PERMANENT* not just any card, my bad >.< Good luck!

Haha yeap, but don't worry the Vampire theme is only for flavour, your cards don't need to care about vampires in any way and the slightest hint at a vampire flavour is fair game, from a name to a glass of blood in the illustration somewhere ^^ Focus about how to make the copy theme work first, then see how you would dress it up so it has a vampire feel
Noncreature is in Prowess, but if that doesn't work, I can always make another card.
Prowess is perfectly ok for the noncreature-matters pack ^^
