Delve the Eternities by @Jadefire https://www.mtgcardsmith.com/view/delve-the-eternities-1 This looks like making a new layer in exile zone by turning cards face down. Very intriguing idea. The card looks very powerful and I think this should have blue somewhere in those costs, because it lets you cast opponents' cards.
Winners and mentionables, each of you can choose up to two custom mechanics for future challenges. Pick any mechanics you can find in Mechanic Encyclopedia for ALL or Tome of TheMechanix, or you can make new mechanics! Comment on this thread or send me a PM. If you don't want to choose, that's also ok!
Thanks for judging @Tomigon and congratulations to TheRacingTurtle and AboveAndAbout for their top finishes. I'm assuming I'll be choosing four mechanics because two of my cards were highlighted?
Two mechanics to throw in the pot for the next round: By me: Berserk(Whenever this creature attacks, put a rage counter on it. At the beginning of your end step, if this creature did not attack this turn, remove all rage counters from it.)
By @Ranshi: Nimble(If this creature would be dealt damage, flip a coin. If you win the flip, prevent that damage.)
I saw it in jpastor’s judging practice thread and loved it. Really evocative of a character making a dodge roll, an interesting design space I feel hasn’t been explored yet, and I’m a sucker for coin flip mechanics
@Jadefire I'm glad you like my mechanic. (Can't wait to see what comes of it. The design space is really screwy.) Can I make submissions for my own mechanic?

Because I'm a fan of callbacks and Time Spiral-style mashups.
Oh no... Did you lose Tomigon?
It's time to announce the winners!!!

The card needs opponents to attack you and kill your creatures. Though this is not the most useful card, I really like the concept. Very flavorful and creative!

I like how those abilities help each other. This looks like a fun lord creature for upkeep trigger tribal deck!

My first mechanic-
My second-
Both mechanics by me!
Two mechanics to throw in the pot for the next round:
By me: Berserk (Whenever this creature attacks, put a rage counter on it. At the beginning of your end step, if this creature did not attack this turn, remove all rage counters from it.)
By @Ranshi: Nimble (If this creature would be dealt damage, flip a coin. If you win the flip, prevent that damage.)
Two mechanics by me:
Shuffle (When you cast this spell, choose two players on different teams. Those players become a team.)
Short-circuit {cost} ({cost}: Until end of turn, target player can't spend {e}. Activate this ability only once each turn.)
