My first "new" entry is new by coincidence, that I made it the day after this contest was posted; I hope that counts! (Yes, I know the land frame should be gold, but we don't have that yet.)
EDIT / ADDITIONAL NOTE The reminder text for this card's ability would be:
(This creature can’t be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by players with one or less devotion to colors.)
I'm putting this here since multiple people have asked questions / made incorrect points suggesting that they don't know the meaning of "protection from players" in MTG's rules. That's kind of fair, since the only card that really uses it is True-Name Nemesis. I personally consider the Nemesis to be an incredibly memorable card and assumed others would also know it, but that seems to have been incorrect, hence this clarification.
Also, I have a foreboding question about the rules. In the case of a card with a second card embedded (such as Adventures), do name, types, subtypes, and any other details of similar nature count towards the twelve words? A real example of what I mean would be Rimrock Knight, where it's got less than twelve words according to the contest rules if you only consider the rules text, but more if you include the Adventure's name and types.
Comments
While only being 12 rules text words, still crazy complex.
