That's not valid. It needs a counter. You can make it valid by adding "counter target spell, then exile it. [or, "Counter target spell. If you exiled a white and blue card, exile it as it resolves." You'll have to make the first text read, "You may exile a white or blue card from your hand in addition to casting this spell." However, that may be too much text...]"
Also, why the plural "cards?"
Also, spells like Time Stop or Discontinuity should be valid too because they are hard countering (exiling) everything on the stack too.
And that's because @Corwinnn is fine with such things anyway.

I think this is justified for a black counter since black generally has lots of creature hate. In addition to this, it doesn't hard counter anything, so it shouldn't be too adept with the countermagic stuff. I hope this is okay!!

I don't do a lot of counter style spells, but when I do, I don't think I do it right... Ha ha.

Query is a mechanic that changes a spell or ability's effect based on certain criteria being met. In this case, Full Stop is normally a little on the weak side if cast on any old spell, but gets more powerful the better a setup you have when you cast it...
