@ChoyBoi got it. You enter the room. Again, light switch on the wall. Then, something scurries across the wall. It realizes you are there, and stands still.
@ChoyBoi you see a body with something attached to it. You don't know where the body came from, but it is long dead. A parasite-ish creature is clinging onto the bodies head. It appears to be controlling it. The creature hisses and jumps toward you.
@DrakeGladis there is a wooden covering, but you realize if you close the vents, you might not have proper ventilation in the ship, leading to blackouts, hallucinations, and even death.
The creature, with unnatural speed, lets go of the body and scurries toward the vent. The arrow hits the body, sinking deep into the already dead carcass. This... was... a crewmate.
You suddenly appear in front of @ChoyBoi for some reason.

@DrakeGladis you enter the trapdoor. It leads to a rafter system above the ship. You also realize this leads to the vent. Suddenly, something drops down on you from above.
You proceed to slam... some kind of creature against the wall. It's taller than you, but is very skinny to where you can see it's bones. It's skin is transparent, and it doesn't have eyes. It attacks you, swinging at your shoulder, leaving a shallow cut.
